Trading as a freelance assistant focusing on everyday support that provides personalised services across two pillars:
Administration & Organisation: including everyday administrative help, document preparation, digital organisation, structured routines, workflow clarity, and practical support that brings order to daily life.
Lifestyle & Personal Development: including identity‑aligned lifestyle guidance, confidence building, emotional clarity, habit support, and personal development that helps individuals feel grounded, capable, and aligned in their everyday life.
I operate as a UK-based freelancer offering tailored everyday support services to individuals and professionals.
I offer a range of freelance services including:
o Virtual and personal assistant support
o Administration and organisation
o Document formatting and preparation
o Lifestyle and personal development
o Other services agreed during onboarding
All services will be confirmed in writing through an Acknowledgement of Instruction Form or Client Intake Form depending on nature of the services required.
I agree to:
Fees will be agreed in writing before work begins. Pricing may be:
i) Hourly
ii) Per-project
iii) Retainer-based
iv) Package-based
v) Personalised quotes
Accepted payment methods:
i) Direct bank transfer (preferred)
ii) PayPal
iii) Paxum (for international freelance networks when above options are not available)
i) Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
ii) Late payments may incur a fixed late fee or interest in accordance with UK late payment legislation.
iii) Work may be paused if payment is overdue.
iv) Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 3 days of receipt to resolve the issue.
Refunds are considered only when:
i) A billing error has occurred.
ii) Work has not yet commenced.
iii) A mutual agreement is reached.
Completed work cannot be refunded.

You retain ownership of all materials you provide.
Upon full payment:
Any materials provided by me such as templates, or digital products may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
Sessions cancelled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may be chargeable unless due to emergency.
You may cancel a project at any time. However:
i) Work already completed must be paid for.
ii) Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
I may cancel or decline work if:
i) The task is unlawful.
ii) The client behaves abusively.
iii) There is a conflict of interest.
iv) Required information is not provided.
v) If instructions fall outside of my expertise.
Annie’s Harmony is not liable for:
My services are supportive and administrative: they do not replace legal, financial, or medical advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
